Self dumping semi-trailers are suitable for the transportation of bulk and scattered goods such as coal, ore, and construction materials. Self dumping semi-trailers can be divided into two categories according to their use: one type belongs to heavy-duty and super heavy-duty self dumping trailers used for non road transportation, mainly undertaking transportation tasks in large mines, engineering, etc., usually used in conjunction with excavators. Another type of light and medium-sized ordinary dump truck used for road transportation mainly undertakes the transportation of loose goods such as sand, gravel, soil, coal, etc., and is usually used in conjunction with loaders.

1. The carriage adopts side flipping and rear flipping self dumping methods, which can effectively improve the transportation efficiency of the loading and unloading machine for transporting bulk and scattered goods.
2. The frame and longitudinal beams of the carriage are both welded with high-quality manganese plates, and there are two types of cargo boxes: dustpans and rectangles. It has high strength, strong lifting force, good stiffness and toughness, strong load-bearing capacity, and does not undergo permanent deformation.
3. Exquisite craftsmanship: The main components are processed using advanced equipment, and the longitudinal beams are fully automatic submerged arc welded. Assembly machines are used for precise assembly of wheel axles and steel plate springs.
